Shipping policy
At HiFi Restorations, we handle shipping with care to ensure your equipment arrives safely.
Processing Time
All orders or returns are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Custom restoration work or repairs may have a longer turnaround, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We use Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. For warranty returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery Times
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Packaging
All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. For vintage or fragile equipment, additional protective measures are taken.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, repair or replace your item.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all shipments. You can use this to monitor your parcel until it arrives.
