Refund policy

At HiFi Restorations, all repair and restoration work is covered by the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 90-day warranty on all work. If a fault arises from the work we performed, we will repair it at no extra labour cost.

  • Parts Warranty: Replacement parts carry any applicable manufacturer warranty. We will assist with repair or replacement within that period.

  • Vintage Equipment Disclaimer: Some vintage components may fail due to age. We cannot guarantee the long-term reliability of parts not serviced or replaced.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available once work has commenced or been completed.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
